Greenland is grey. Grey = no data available. Black = illegal.
Black countries are (from what I can discern) Sudan, Saudi Arabia (naturally), Yemen, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.

While alcohol isn't healthy, I think nations that don't have such strict drinking ages are actually healthier as a result. When you make something illegal, I think you are raising the risk that underage people will abuse it. I also think you set up people to drink more when they turn of age as if they are trying to make up for all the years they couldn't drink legally. If caffeine was for those 21 of age and older, you'd have teenagers sneaking soft drinks from their parents fridges and getting buzzed on caffeine.
